LEADERSHIP

ANDREA PAMBECHY QUENNEVILLE, Founder and CEO

Quenneville launched APQ+Co in Los Angeles in 2016 to expand her services to family offices, media, and entertainment clients, leveraging her diverse resume and deep expertise across multiple industries to become a trusted resource for start-ups and established firms alike. She began her finance career in Texas, joining hedge fund star Kyle Bass as he launched Hayman Capital.  Quenneville went on to partner in a real estate finance and development advisory, ultimately overseeing project development and asset management for over a half-billion dollars in urban mixed-use and luxury hotel developments — allowing her to engage with a diverse array of collaborators including Starwood Capital, Hilton Worldwide, Taschen, ESPA, Groot Hospitality, Moet Hennessy and others. Quenneville earned her degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

IMRAN PATEL, Advisor

Patel has held a variety of executive roles in consumer products and technology ventures, including Founder/CEO as well as product and commercial leadership positions at organizations spanning in stage from inception to exit. He led audio hardware brand Plugged and payments fintech Volta each from inception through exit and has held senior operating roles at health devices brand quip and microbiome science leader Seed Health in addition to advising dozens of consumer businesses on growth and strategy. Over his career, Patel has directly contributed to the creation of more than $1 billion in equity value and continues to serve in board and operating roles across a portfolio of consumer brands. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is based in Austin.

AL ABUSLEEM, CPA, Controller

Abusleem began his career at Northern Trust, supporting financial reporting and audit processes for investment funds and institutional clients. He earned his CPA license in Illinois in 2014 and has since held senior accounting roles across high-growth startups and financial institutions.

As Senior Accounting Manager at Enfusion, Abusleem played a key role during a period of rapid growth that led to the company’s successful IPO. He built and led the global revenue accounting team, implemented ASC 606 standards, and partnered with executive leadership to scale finance operations in line with increasing regulatory demands.

Following Enfusion, he served as Accounting Manager at Axoni, where he directed core accounting functions, led global close cycles, managed external audits, and implemented system migrations to support financial forecasting and compensation-related processes. He also oversaw tax compliance, vendor management, and a range of process improvements that enhanced operational efficiency.

With a strong foundation in technical accounting, revenue operations, and cross-functional finance leadership, Abusleem now consults for early-stage startups and family offices. He specializes in designing scalable accounting infrastructures, preparing companies for audits and investor scrutiny, and supporting finance teams through periods of growth, restructuring, and system transitions.
